I’m taking a 3 week break from therapy. I feel awful for
wasting his time and I just need to figure some things out. I haven’t shared
everything that I should and I need to decide if this is something I can do so
I can get the most out of therapy. I think without sharing everything I’m
really not getting much out of this.
I know there are people out there who don’t agree with this decision.
I respect that but I can’t keep wasting my time. I’m tired of doing this.
